Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Dance Instructor to join our team at our Palm Harbor, FL studio. This on-site role involves leading private lessons for adult female students of varying skill levels, preparing students for performances and events, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. The instructor will also collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to create engaging experiences for our dance community. Qualifications Experience in Dance, Gymnastics or Cheerleading, and an ear for Music to enhance instruction and choreography Experience in Instruction with a passion for guiding students of various skill level Strong communication skills and a proven ability to inspire and motivate students Ability to work on-site in Palm Harbor, FL Formal dance training and prior teaching experience are highly desirable You must be comfortable commuting to our location, be willing to submit to a background check and a drug check, be authorised to work in the US and not require a visa renewal.
