What should I wear to my first class? Clothing that is comfortable to move in, shoes that are secure on the foot that don’t grip to the floor. If you can twist like Chubby Checker in your shoes you’re on your way! Do I need special shoes? Dance Shoes are the right tool for the job, but they are an expense and are not required for your first lesson. Should I bring a partner, or can I come alone?
