It may seem like December is far away, but it's only 20 lessons for our students who come in weekly to learn a new dance and a choreography and feel confident to show others on Saturday December 20th 2025. A large part of dance is the storytelling, and Bob is always a crowd favorite. He comes up with an idea, he selects the song, we teach the dance steps and enhance the storyline. Through what started with a single lesson, to over the decade of dancing, he has explored every genre of partner dancing and has enjoyed doing so with a variety of students as well as teachers.

Why is the boutique open? Before the boutique was opened people used to pay compliments, and ask for recommendations and referrals on where to go to buy the things. We sent to the people and places we supported by shopping there for ourselves! When they returned they would share their experience, ending with "it's too far", "I didn't like the salesperson", "Can you go pick it up for me?" , "Can I just buy it from you"... years went by like this with many times customers literally were buying the clothes off our backs! One year as a business anniversary gift, a generous patron of the studio gifted us a Feng shui consultation and that person asked us "WHY aren't you selling all the things?". After explaining "it wasn't our core business, we didn't want to detract from the vendors we personally bought from" etc. we LISTENED to the universe persistently knocking on our door, and the boutique came into...

Pointing out every error you perceive in your partner's dancing overloads them and makes it harder for them to dance well.Trust that your fellow dancer doing the best they can in that moment. Their best is enough. Telling others how to dance also assumes a position of superiority, presumes that your own dancing is without fault, and that you know more than they do - which is often not the case (I have stories for days on this...) Classes will meet for 3 weeks in July at 6:30 pm, we have planned a fun sequence to teach.

How does your day go? Most days start around 9:30am with a delicious flavored Nespresso, a morning PQ meditation (Positive Intelligence), a review of emails, current events & social shares while I let my 15 year old Chihuahua Nina in and out. I hop in the shower and dress for the days activities which include a 11 am networking meeting or a 1:1 meeting where I learn more about how to support my local community better. find solutions & ways to move towards them, and usually grab lunch - often my meal for the day. I head back home to pick up my dog who sleeps under my desk at work most days and drive to my business. These days I'm taking a longer scenic route to avoid construction and add peace. The real work begins at 1pm where I'm turning 2 left feet into 10 twinkle toes. Sounds glamorous, but I'm answering calls, offering smiles, listening to music to add to our library, sending text reminders, teaching dance lessons, cleaning, watering the plants, doing th...
